China Glaze Dorothy Who?

I am sooooooooooooo tardy to the party on this one! I've wanted Dorothy Who? ever since the Wizard of Ooh Ahz collection was rereleased. But for some reason, I never bought it until recently. Uh, what was I waiting for? This polish is incredible!

It's got a jelly blue based and is jam-packed with silver and blue glitter. It looks like the ocean or something. Or like, liquid gorgeousness.

The Wizard of Ooh Ahz Returns is a rerelease of an older China Glaze collection that was brought back by China Glaze due to fan requests. Way to go, China Glaze! It's always so cool when polish companies listen to what their consumer base wants and gives them that.

I want polishes like this in every color! MOAR GLITTAH.
